Services

Heidi Forsman Intuitive LLC offers intuitive services including Animal Communication, Pet Mediumship, Animal Reiki, intuitive readings, and related spiritual services.

These services are intended for personal insight, spiritual guidance, and connection.

Booking & Payment

Payment is required to confirm your appointment unless otherwise stated.

Please ensure all booking information is accurate and complete.

Rescheduling, Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, missed appointments, and no-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

Session Expectations

Please attend your appointment from a quiet, private location with a stable internet connection.

Depending on your service:

  • Animal Communication: Have your pet nearby during the live session or send a recent photo before your appointment.

  • Pet Mediumship: Please provide your pet's name or a recent photo before your appointment.

  • Animal Reiki: Please have your pet in the same room whenever possible during the session.

Live sessions are conducted through Zoom.

Nature of the Services

All sessions are intuitive and based on the energy present at the time of the reading.

Because every session is unique, no specific messages, outcomes, validations, or predictions can be guaranteed.

My services are not a substitute for medical, veterinary, legal, financial, or mental health advice.

Client Responsibility

Clients remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, and interpretation of the information received during a session.

Recording Sessions

Clients are welcome to record their sessions or take notes for their personal use.

Recordings may not be reproduced, sold, edited, or shared publicly for commercial purposes without written permission.

Confidentiality

Your personal information is treated with respect and kept confidential.

From time to time, anonymous portions of readings may be shared for educational or promotional purposes. Any identifying information—including names, photographs, and personal details—will always be removed unless you provide written permission.

Refund Policy

All completed sessions are non-refundable.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, missed appointments, and no-shows are also non-refundable.

Changes to These Terms

Heidi Forsman Intuitive LLC reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this website.
